Terms of Service

These terms apply between Go Globie ApS (CVR 46300475) and the company that opens a Go Globie account. The person who opens the account confirms that they can bind the company.

If the company has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement applies where it differs from these terms.

Administrators invite the company's travellers. The company is responsible for its users, for who has access, and for removing people who leave.

Everyone who uses the account must follow these terms and keep their sign-in details secure.

Go Globie helps a company plan, book and manage business travel in one conversation: flights and hotels from connected providers, the company's travel policy applied while travellers plan, and travel spend in one place.

We add features over time, and features may change.

The company sets its travel policy and is responsible for it. Go Globie applies the policy while travellers plan and book, but it is only as good as the rules the company sets, and we cannot promise that every trip will follow it.

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans, their prices and the booking fee are those shown on our pricing page when the company subscribes. Prices exclude VAT.

Monthly plans are invoiced monthly and can be cancelled at any time, and run to the end of the paid month. Yearly plans are paid up front.

We add no markup to flights or hotels. The company pays the provider's price, plus our subscription and our booking fee. We may change prices for future periods, with reasonable advance notice.

Travellers book through Go Globie. When a traveller confirms an option, Go Globie arranges the booking with the airline, hotel or other provider on the company's behalf.

The agreement for the travel itself is with that provider, and its fare rules, cancellation terms and conditions apply. We show the main conditions before the traveller confirms, and we help with changes and cancellations.

Prices and availability can change until the provider confirms the booking.

We handle the company's data as our Privacy Policy describes, and under the data processing agreement we offer every company.

Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential and uses it only for these terms.

We aim to keep Go Globie available, and to support companies in Danish and English. We cannot promise an uninterrupted service.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Go Globie's total liability in any claim is limited to the fees the company paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not responsible for changes, delays or cancellations by airlines, hotels and other providers, or for decisions made on the basis of suggestions from the product.

A company can stop using Go Globie at any time by cancelling its plan.

We may suspend or end an account that is misused, creates a security risk, breaks these terms, or has unpaid invoices. When an account ends, we handle its data as the Privacy Policy describes.

Go Globie uses AI to generate planning suggestions. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, even when it sounds confident.

Do not rely on Go Globie as the only source for safety-critical, legal, medical, visa, border, or financial decisions.

Use Go Globie as planning support, not as a guarantee that a trip is suitable, available, safe, or bookable.

Do not use Go Globie in a way that harms the service, other users, or third-party providers.

Do not upload or submit content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or intentionally misleading.

We may suspend access if an account is misused, creates security risk, or violates these terms.

We may update these terms as Go Globie evolves. The latest version lives on this page.

These terms are governed by Danish law. For companies, disputes go to the Danish courts, unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
