Go Globie is in beta. Options use real provider data, but prices can change until you book. You may hit rough edges while we build with traveller feedback.

Privacy Policy

This page explains what Go Globie collects and how we use it while the product is in beta. We keep the principle simple: collect what we need to plan trips, improve the product, and keep accounts secure.

What We Collect

Account details such as your email address, display name, sign-in provider, and profile image if you use a social sign-in.

Trip planning content, including destinations, dates, budgets, preferences, chat messages, itinerary items, selected flight or stay options, and booking details you choose to paste or upload.

Travel preferences you save in your profile, such as departure city, travel style, budget, pace, interests, and companion preferences.

Product analytics, such as page views, sign-up events, trip creation, feedback events, and broad usage patterns, used to improve Go Globie during beta. We never send trip text, chat content, booking documents, or payment data to analytics.

How We Use It

To create and save your trips, keep your account secure, and let you continue planning across sessions.

To generate itinerary suggestions, compare travel options, and tailor recommendations to your preferences.

To improve Go Globie during beta by understanding what works, what fails, and where people get stuck.

To respond if you send feedback or ask us to contact you.

AI and Travel Providers

Go Globie uses AI providers to understand your requests and generate planning responses. That means your relevant trip context and conversation may be processed by those providers so the product can work.

We use travel-data providers to search for flights, stays, routes, schedules, images, and related trip information. They receive the search details needed to return options, such as origin, destination, dates, travellers, and similar constraints.

Prices and availability are live or provider-based estimates where shown. Final availability, rules, and prices are confirmed by the provider or booking site.

Cookies and Analytics

Essential cookies are used for account sign-in and security. These are needed for the app to work.

For signed-out visitors, analytics is off by default. We ask before enabling PostHog analytics cookies, and you can reject analytics without losing access to the product.

When you are signed in, we also measure how the product is used without setting any analytics cookies. Nothing is stored on your device for this, it is tied only to your account identifier and never to your name or email, and we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving Go Globie. You can opt out at any time.

We never sell analytics data or use it to target ads, and we never record your screen (session replay) unless you have accepted analytics cookies.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep account, profile, trip, message, and booking data while your account is active or until you ask us to delete it.

Some operational logs may be kept for a limited period to debug errors, protect the service, and understand system reliability.

Data already processed by external AI or travel providers may be subject to their own retention rules.

Your Choices

You can update your profile and travel preferences in Go Globie.

You can choose not to provide optional feedback, and you can turn product analytics on or off at any time, including the cookieless analytics we use while you are signed in, using the switch in Your analytics choice below.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal data by contacting us.
